Beschreibung

BOB.1 ist ein lymphoidspezifischer Transkriptions-Coaktivator, der mit den Transkriptionsfaktoren Oct-1 und Oct-2 interagiert. BOB.1 wird in B-Zellen des Keimzentrums, Mantel-B-Zellen und Plamsa-Zellen exprimiert. Es weist eine Vielzahl von B-Zell-Lymphomen und Hodgkin-Lymphomen nach.
